Parents wishing to establish a home education program for children between the ages of six (6) and eighteen (18) are asked to register their intent by completing The Parent Notification of Intent to Home Education Form and submitting it to the office of the Superintendent of Schools at the below address. It must be submitted before the beginning of home education program.
