Change of School Assignment Policy

In accordance with RSA 193:3III, the Epsom School Board authorizes the superintendent to re-assign a pupil from the public school to which he/she is currently assigned to another public school, or to approve a request from another superintendent to accept a transfer student from a school district that is not part of the school administrative unit, provided that:

1. Conditions stipulated in RSA 193:3III are met, and

2. The procedure and criteria for consideration of a manifest educational hardship request, as outlined in Epsom District Policy JEC, are followed.
