Once a teacher or other professional employee has submitted written acceptance of the Board’s offer of employment, both parties are equally bound to honor the employment agreement for its duration, except under the provisions of RSA 189:13 or if the parties mutually agree otherwise. The Board will not be obligated to accept a resignation from an individual employment contract unless a replacement suitable to the Board has been secured.
