POLICY
PROFESSIONAL STAFF CONTRACTS
Contracts are required to protect the interests of the employee and the School District. It is the duty of the School Board to develop and adopt standard contract forms conforming to all applicable laws, rules and agreements, paying particular attention to the explicit statement of all clauses in order to avoid any misunderstandings between the signatories. Every permanent professional employee shall be required to execute a contract with the School District. The contract shall be signed by the employee and the Chairperson of the School Board.
