The Deerfield School District tuitions its grade nine through twelve students to several high schools in surrounding districts. These contractual arrangements enable the district to "maintain a high school" under RSA 194:22 and allow students and parents a selection from among the contracted schools.

The Deerfield School Board recognizes the importance of enabling students and parents to make enrollment decisions without concern for a fragmented or interrupted academic experience. Therefore, in the event that the Board should decide to discontinue our contract with a high school, we will support and fund each student already enrolled in that school until he/she voluntarily terminates his/her enrollment.
