POLICY STATEMENT

RULES OF ORDER

Except as otherwise provided by law, by regulation of the State Department of Education, or by the Board, meetings of the Board shall be conducted in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order, Revised. The Chairman of the Board, or the person chairing the meeting, may discuss and have a vote on all matters coming before the Board.
