In keeping with legal requirements for public disclosure, the Chichester School District may publish a listing of staff names and assignments on Chichester District website as public information.

 

However, by policy, some types of personally-identifiable information related to staff will not be published on District websites without a specific signed release form from the employee.

 

 

      ð    I authorize the Chichester School District to publish the following information related to my employment on District-sponsored websites.

 

¨      Group, class, team or activity photographs which specifically identify me by name.

 

¨      Honors, awards, professional advancement or special recognitions

 

 

               I understand that information published on websites is available to anyone accessing the World Wide Web.

 

      ð    I do not authorize the Chichester School District to publish the above types of information related to my employment with the District.
