As part of the educational program at Chichester Central School, students will, at times, have the opportunity for written, artistic or creative work to be published or displayed. Outlets for publication include:

· Art shows (local, regional, state)

· Art contests (local, regional, state)

· Young art month show (state)

· Traveling art show (regional)

· Boston Globe Scholastic art show

· Displays on the World Wide Web

Group photo from activity/club

Collaborative project (individuals with Internet access around the world will be able to view and possibly respond to your child’s work by electronic mail)

If you are willing to allow your child’s work to be publicly and electronically displayed, we need your permission to do so. There may be times when names and photos of your child and/or their work would be published in the local or statewide newspapers. Work that appears on the World Wide Web will include only the child’s first name and school.
