HAZARDOUS MATERIALS POLICY

 

 

      Chichester School District complies with the rules stated in the Workers’ Right to Know Law and the Federal Guidelines for the handling of hazardous materials.

 

      The Principal (or his designee) serves as Building Coordinator.  Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are obtained from all vendors and are kept on file in the office.  Warning signs are posted where appropriate.  In addition, yearly training is conducted, with all new employees being trained within 30 days of hire.
