The twenty-one (21) pay period system does hold pay back although it accomplishes an equal pay check each pay day, as well as, reporting time on an exception (absence) basis eliminating the need for weekly time slips.

Sick Days Issued:

One (1) day issued effective date of agreement;

Sick time taken is subtracted on an actual hourly rate when necessary to be deducted. The prime reason for this is our inability to get money back from a sick employee who does not return to the system.
