ALLENSTOWN SCHOOL DISTRICT

NON-CERTIFIED BENEFITS PACKAGE

 

  1. Blue Cross/Blue Shield benefits are available for those employees who work a minimum of twenty (20) hours per week, a minimum of two hundred (200) days per year, and who have completed two (2) full years employment in the Allenstown School District.
  2. District payment of plan – 90% of single, 65% of two-person, family.

  3. No New Hampshire retirement.
  4. Sick Leave: 1200 hours (30 hours, year-round) – 6 days accumulating to 30 days
  5. 1080 hours (30 hours, school year) – 5 days accumulative to 20 days

    1040 hours (20 hours, year round) – 3 days accumulative to 15 days

    720 hours (20 hours, school year) – 3 days accumulative to 10 days

  6. Paid Holidays: Applicable to 20 hours, year-round employees.
  7. Personal Days: Three (3) personal days for 30 hours or more, not to be prorated.
  8. Paid Vacation: Applicable to year-round employees:
  9. 2 weeks – 1 to 10 years employment

    3 weeks – 10 or more years employment
