Votes on all motions and resolutions shall be by "yes’s" and "no’s."

No secret ballots shall be used.

At the discretion of the chairman or on the request of a member a show of hands vote shall be made and this vote shall be recorded. On a voice vote, any member may request that his or her vote be recorded.

All motions shall be carried by a majority of the members present or as otherwise required by law.
