PRESENT: Clint Hanson, Gerry Fleury, Tom Serafin, Ry Weisiger, Mike Reardon, Tom Haley.

1. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 A.M. by Chair Clint Hanson.

2. Immediate Business

A. Personnel Matter

At 8:02 A.M., a motion to enter non-public session under RSA 91-A:3II© to discuss a specific personnel matter was made by Tom Serafin, seconded by Gerry Fleury. On a roll call, the board voted:

Clint Hanson YES

Gerry Fleury YES

Tom Serafin YES

Ry Weisiger YES

THE MOTION CARRIED

Present in the non-public session: Clint Hanson, Gerry Fleury, Tom Serafin, Ry Weisiger, Mike Reardon, Tom Haley.

At 8:35 A.M. a motion to end the non-public session was made by Ry Weisiger, seconded by Tom Serafin. On a roll call, the board voted:

Clint Hanson YES

Gerry Fleury YES

Tom Serafin YES

Ry Weisiger YES

THE MOTION CARRIED

Chairman Clint Hanson noted that no action was taken in the non-public session.

B. Acceptance of Resignation

The Board received a resignation from Philip (Chris) Gleason. A motion to accept the resignation effective immediately was made by Gerry Fleury, seconded by Ry Weisiger.

3. Adjournment

At 8:37 A.M., a motion was made by Ry Weisiger, seconded by Tom Serafin to adjourn the meeting.

The next Pembroke School Board Meeting is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at 7:00 P.M. at Pembroke Village School.
