F. Oil Proposals – Mr. Haley explained that, in the past, RFP’s were sent out to
Heating oil companies, and that Boards in the SAU would receive quotes and make a decision as to the oil ‘vendor’ for the district. With Board meetings once a month, Mr. Haley sought Board permission to work with oil companies and the SAU Business Administrator to ‘solidify’ a best price over the next few weeks, not to exceed $2.29 9/10 per gallon fixed price.
