Diane Lewis inquired as to what the Board
wished done with the old playground equipment
that will be removed in order to construct the new playground equipment
in July.
Following
a brief discussion, Tracey Miner made a motion to accept that Tom Rouillard
take down=IV> the structure and recycle it as
he sees fit. David Goulet
seconded
the motion.

Budget Review
Patrick
Connors passed out a revised list of possible expenditures for the school to make
prior to the close of the current fiscal year.
Gordon
Ellis made a motion to approve payment of not more than $4,000.00 to Rick
Belanger for purchase and installation of a storage trailer down back next
to
the Quonset hut on the lower field and the moving of the current storage
trailer by the school to the same
location, both to be
used at the discretion of ECS administration. Bill Yeaton
seconded the motion.

David Goulet made a motion to approve an expenditure of up to $18,000.00
to reduce
the fund 4 food services deficit and that
the food services program be reviewed
by the Board again in late fall.
