1. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Nancy Fraher at 8:10 P.M.

2. Minutes of Previous Meeting – January 29, 2008

Ben Brown made a motion to approve the Chichester School Board minutes for January 29, 2008 as printed.

John Poirier seconded the motion.

6. Administrative Issues

A. SAU Website Information

Peter Warburton announced that the SAU Website is updated and the SAU is looking into changes.

Treasurer’s Report is out.

B. Chichester Bus Ridership to PA

Mrs. Stiles presented bus ridership to Pembroke Academy and Chichester Central School. The census was taken on two different days. There are too many students riding to combine or eliminate any of the buses.

C. Review of Public Hearing on 2008-09 Proposed Budget

Parents requested that the Board not propose a Reduction in Force of a certified teacher in the 2008-09 Budget due to a decrease in enrollment and class size.

Nancy Fraher made the motion to appoint Doug Hall as Moderator for the Saturday, March 8, 2008 Annual Chichester School District meeting.

John Poirier seconded the motion.

At 8:34 P.M. having no further call for additional business, Nancy Fraher adjourned the meeting.
