Present: Ben Brown, John Poirier, Nancy Fraher, Pam Stiles, Peter Warburton

1. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ben Brown at 6:07 P.M.

2. Citizen Comments

There were no citizen’s comments.

3. Budget Presentation Discussion

Mr. Warburton reviewed a letter he sent Board members and Ms. Stiles informing them about a possible revenue short fall, based on Governor Lynch’s 5% across the board funding increase of State Adequacy Grant monies and the possible impact that would reduce Chichester’s portion by $176,957.

In light of this proposal, the Board and Ms. Stiles reviewed possible cuts to next year’s budget and added a slide to the school budget presentation for the town meeting on March 10^th (informational) to show the effects on revenue amounts and the tax rate.

4. Adjournment

At 7:16, Nancy Fraher made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by John Poirier.
