Darlene Clay-Wells spoke in opposition to combining the current two third grade classrooms into one classroom for the 2006-07 school year. There are currently eleven students in one third grade classroom and nine students in the other third classroom totaling 20 third grade students. The Chichester School Board proposes combining the grade into one fourth grade class for the 2006-07 school year.
