The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Poirier
at 6:33 P.M.

A.
Health Trust Insurance Proposal
Nancy Fraher made a motion to change the Chichester
School District health insurance provider to Health Trust if 75% of the SAU
Subscribers agree to change to Health Trust.
John Poirier seconded the motion.

THE MOTION PASSED ON A 2 TO
1 VOTE.
The Chichester School Board was presented with a
copy of the 2006/2007 School Year New Hampshire Model School Calendar and the
2006/2007 Concord School District Student/Staff Calendar in preparation for
developing the Chichester School District Calendar for 2006/2007.

2006/07 Budget Development
The Board continued to develop the 2006/07 Chichester
School District Budget.
Dave Dziura presented an accounting of the Town of
Chichester Impact Fees available for distribution to the Chichester School
District, Roads, Police, Fire and Administration as computed by Carolee
Davison, Treasurer for the Town of Chichester.
Nancy Fraher made a motion to direct the SAU to
write a letter to the Town of Chichester requesting the impact fees of
$23,487.61 due the Chichester School District.
John Poirier seconded the
motion.

Staff Issue
At 8:00 P.M. John Poirier made a motion to enter
into non-public session under RSA 91A:3II (a) in order to discuss a staff
issue.
Nancy Fraher seconded the motion.

At 8:22 P.M. Nancy Fraher made a motion to end the non-public session.

At 8:22 P.M. having no further call for additional business, John Poirier adjourned the meeting.
