Administrators in all aspects of administering the Special Education Program to
the highest standards attainable with confidentiality being of the utmost
Daily Issues &
Responsibilities: Assist Special
Education Coordinators in the NHSEIS State
Special Education System.
up new users, change user functions, delete, enter, activate, de-activate
and inactivate student data
via phone and email with the State Department of Education regarding
adding and transferring of students to various school districts
the i4see system to complete/delete/upload/verify the A13N data and the
Special Education student count for funding
in attaining SASID numbers for students
Catastrophic Aid Fiscal records into NHSEIS
and deliver Catastrophic Aid records to the New Hampshire Department of Education
Other Daily Duties:
Purchase Orders for all costs related to SPED - supplies, workshops, etc.
maintain, and close Purchase Orders
SPED copier; supplies, maintenance, etc.
newspaper ads for SPED & TLC
student costs by year through spreadsheets
information to Coordinators
Diagnostic Library and insure protocols are available for evaluators
licensed employee files to insure they are current
with the Special Education IDEA-B and Preschool Grant
summer & SAU Contracted Service Contracts
special education tuition/transportation and contracted service costs for
the yearly budgets for all districts.
out of district schools for rates/rate letters/calendars
student services by using NHSEIS
& submit all SPED state reports
All other duties as assigned.
